With the right subscription package, we can provide you with a website and mobile application with a customized theme that you can offer your customers so they can search, book and pay online. If you have your own website and you need to integrate with GCU365 system then a custom integration order can be done to satisfy your needs.

GCU365 supports multiple languages, but as we are targeting middle east and gulf area we started with Arabic and English, but any new language can be added easily.

GCU365 supports multiple currencies, and exchange rates can be defined customly or get imported from any universal service. And by that you will be able to define different currencies to different branches and allow customer to pay in multiple currencies.

It depends on the amount and state of data you want to migrate; we provide bulk addition tools to make it easier for you, but if the amount of data you have is huge then it will need assessment and custom migration process that we are happy to provide.

GCU365 supports working across multiple branches with different settings across different geographical boundaries so you can set different languages, currencies, time zones, rules and pricing for each branch if differs from agency default setup.

GCU365 provides an advanced pricing mechanism; different pricing types are supported; hourly, daily, weekly, monthly.
Prices (rates) can be set per class for each location Special pricing rule can be set to inflect increase or decrease over base rate based on a specific condition like date period, specific make or model, specific rental period, specific group of vehicles that have specific characteristic like have full option.

Currently we provide out of the box integration with PayPal and PayTabs to enable your customers to pay online through;
1. International Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American express, UnionPay
2. Local Debit Cards: mada (KSA), meeza (Egypt), Omannet(Oman), Knet (Kuwait)
3. Mobile Wallets: STCpay (KSA), Meeza Wallets (Egypt), Apple pay, Samsung pay
4. BuyNow, Pay Later: valU (Egypt)
5. Cash: Fawry (Egypt)

GCU365 have out of the box integration with PayPal and PayTabs, so all you have to do is to configure your account key and credentials in payment gateway section.
Any other payment gateway will need a custom integration service that we are happy to provide.

GCU365 allows your agency to manage and offer the following add-on services with rental:

GCU365 integrated Tamm driver authorization service as a part of the rental work flow, so agent will be able to request and send authorization request without having to go through tamm portal. Same thing applies in case rental get extended and when you end the authorization when vehicle is returned.

Policies are rules that indicates how to handle a specific situation and how pricing will be affected i.e cancelation, late or early return, replacement, security deposit …etc
Policies can be set on any level; class, location, make/model, specific vehicle, specific service delivery channel.

Profitability and utilization reports are provided and can be filtered on vehicle, class, make/model, branch level.
Fleet Dashboard allows rental agency to monitor its utilization on daily bases through a graphical Interface.

Location performance reports enables you to view and compare between your company branches in terms of fleet size, bookings, utilized days, gross and net revenue.

GCU365 HUB with full functionality needs extra wiring into your vehicle, so to install the device you need to contact us so we can direct you to a trusted installation center.

GCU365 HUB has 2 connectivity modes it communicates with backend server through the internet and in case of loss of connectivity it communicates with mobile app through Bluetooth.

GCU365 includes a financial handling of all transactions related to rental cycle; invoicing, payables, receivables, expenses, refunds, write-off, accounts statements and branches reconciliation, if more financial features are needed like budgeting and tree of accounts or handling other financial transaction under agency the you have 2 options:
1. Out of the Box integration with ZOHO books online service.
2. Custom integration with any legacy accounting system.

If you intend to enable tracking only, then yes , you can just send us your device manufacturer and model to make sure that its supported.

Yes, multiple devices can be associated with a single vehicle.

Yes, subscription plan can be changed as your fleet grows and the need for more features is needed, all you have to do is use “Upgrade” function available in your subscription profile options.
